All Store Policies

We founded Floella Dior Boutique with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Shipping Policy:


1. All items are shipped and tracked by USPS. 


Lost Policy:


Once Floella Dior ships items and sends your tracking number all items are in the safety and care of USPS. If by chance you never receive your item or items after 7 days, please file a claim with USPS or your local carrier. If you need further assistance after that please email us at floelladiorboutique@gmail.com for more information and we will contact your local post office personally.


Return Policy:


1. Items can be returned within 10 days after the purchase date. Please note that Free Gifts, Black Friday items, Body Scrubs, Oils & Lashes cannot be returned. 


2. Return shipping fee is based on your location. Please pay the cost to return with insurance and keep your returned invoice, provide that to our customer service at floelladiorboutique@gmail.com with your information for partial refund to original payment method 7-10 business days.


3. You can call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office. Please include insurance. 


4. After those steps are followed, please contact our customer service first for return address. floelladiorboutique@gmail.com or at the telephone number provided.


"Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached with original shipping bags and all original returned items."


"Shipping costs, exchanged items, are not reimbursed or exchanged, except in the case of defective merchandise or damaged (pictures required)."


Unsatisfied Policy:


1. For unsatisfied items, return shipping is applicable at your cost. Please contact our customer service with some clear pictures to show the problem and provide details. Once confirmed and reviewed, return address will be sent to you immediately through email upon (yes/no) decision.


For below circumstances, customers could contact us for return or refund:


1). Received wrong or damaged item(s)

2). Items are not as described on product page

3). Missing item(s)


Privacy Policy:


1. Our privacy policy is secured and not handle through any third party companies. Your information will not be used or obtained for any black markets or etc. You will only be charged for shipping and items in your cart, all discounts will be applied automatically or with the coupon code you receive. Processing takes 3 - 5 business days to complete. 


2. All payments methods are accepted through the purchase that you input at the end of all of your personal orders. All refunds (if need be) are returned the same way within 3 - 5 business days.
